Gardner Poetry Reading with FootHills Publishing

Mary Gardner has been invited by FootHills Publishing to join a dozen FHP poets in a ZOOM poetry reading on May 5, 2021. This an annual FHP event to benefit the Bath, NY Peace & Justice Group and the Peaceweavers' Helen Rubar Memorial Peace Scholarship. Gardner will be reading from her new book DOWNSIZING Small Renderings, Broad Canvas.

All proceeds go to the scholarship which is given to winning high school seniors who have submitted essays on how they see paths to peace. Selected poets have published with FHP in the past two years. Gardner's chapbook, DOWNSIZING Small Renderings, Broad Canvas, was published in August, 2020.
