Hempson's "Synchronicity" Published in Stone Canoe

Karen Foresti Hempson's creative nonfiction, "Synchronicity," was published in the 2023 issue of Stone Canoe, A Journal of Arts, Literature, and Social Commentary (Number 17).

"Synchronicity" is based on the life of the author, Karen Foresti Hempson, and her brother-in-law Fred, who was serving in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War in 1970. They are on opposite sides of the world in May, 1970 and a meaningful coincidence occurs that wasn't realized until forty-three years later.
