Judith McGinn Honored with Pushcart Nomination by Publisher

Judith McGinn, President of the CNY Branch of the NLAPW, was honored by Synkroniciti with a Pushcart Prize nomination for her short story "A Sea Change." Judith's story about a mother's deep connection to her son appears in the November 30th issue of Synkroniciti.

The editor stated, "Judith has a talent for shaping a realistic character, foibles and all, and her descriptive passages are relatable yet striking." Judith has previously earned honors from the Cork Literary Review, the NLAPW in the Vinnie Ream competition, Real Writers competition, and the William Faulkner/Wisdom Creative Writing competitions.
